Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as advertised, not what I expected. I purchased this at Cvs the other day. I was looking for a new hand cream and a heavier night lotion. I work outdoors and this winter has been beating me up. I've been using the Vaseline Advanced Repair lotion, which normally works skin is just so dry right now, so I wanted to try this. Only the cocoa butter variety was in stock, but it smelled nice so I was excited to try it. I washed my hands and dried them before applying and I found myself heading back for more in 15 minutes because it felt like I hadn't applied anything at all...and not in the good way! I expected repair and heavy duty "deep healing power"...I got none of that. Just a waste of 9 bucks. I don't even want to try the other varieties now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Product! I'm sorry, but I really must be honest here! I was looking for the Total Moisture Cocoa Radiant Deep Conditioning Cream and found this "serum" in replace of it on all the shelves in every store. This "serum" is way too WATERY, NOT thick and creamy like the Deep Conditioning Cream and it has a STRONG PERFUME SENT to it!! Not only that, but most importantly, IT DOES NOT MOISTURIZE my skin at all!!. WHY did you replace this Deep Conditioning Cream with this "serum" and can you please supply the stores with the Deep Conditioning Cream in the tube again??? I don't understand, why the decision was made to make this change? Was this product not tested before making such a major decision???

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smells Great! I received a free sample of Vaseline Intensive Care Healing Serums to try out and I love all 3! The Radiance Restore smells like rich and creamy cocoa butter with a hint of blackcurrant. It claims to moisturize skin to repair and restore radiance to dull, dry skin. I've been using this one on my legs the most and it really works! I definitely recommend it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sadly disappointing I went to buy the Deep Conditioning Cream I love so much and found this product in its place. I bought it anticipating the product would be better and was disappointed. This product has a watery feel, similar to regular lotions. My hands do not feel moisturized and my eczema quickly returned. With the Deep Conditioning Cream I could feel it on my hands for a long time after applying. My hands felt protected, especially in the harsh winter; not so with this new product. Also, this product has a strong perfume smell, which means even if I did enjoy it I could not use it in my scent free work environment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it! I have very dry skin. I went to Walgreens, Target and Walmart looking for my old favorite: VASELINE Total Moisture COCOA RADIANT tube, but found instead I found its replacement. The cream in this new tube does nothing to moisturize my dry hands. I washed my hands and tried the new cream. Its very thin and drys up easily. I find I have to put more on to moisturize my hands, but then if I use to much, my hands becomes sticky! Why change something that was already good to start out with? VASELINE Total Moisture COCOA RADIANT was a rich cream. It cost less, smelled great, and left my hands feeling soft and smooth. All this new tube does is cost more. I'll have to look for some another product to use. Good bye Vaseline!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Epic Fail. Bring Back the CREAM I went to the store to pick up the Vaseline Total Moisture COCOA RADIANT tube. I saw this product and was hesitant, but I needed something for my skin and I did not see the Cocoa Radiant. I bought the serum thinking it was going to be a good replacement, but was very disappointed. It left my skin sticky and I even noticed a "peel-like" residue. You guys missed the mark with this one. PLEASE bring back Cocoa Radiant cream in the tube. I'm begging you. Otherwise, I and several other customers may have to find an alternative. Thank you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst lotion ever Like many others have stated this is an inferiorproduct. I usually purchase the deep conditioning cream in the tube for use on my seven year olds dry skin. I also loved using it whilst pregnant with her so am a loyal fan however this new 'serum' was a waste of money and I am so disappointed in the product. It is watery, smells awful and does not moisturise for more than an hour. My daughters skin looks so dry after an hour that I have to apply more lotion. VERY disappointed in this news product. Bring back the cocoa deep conditioning cream. Listen to your customers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truly healing I am not sure what is wrong with my skin there are spots that just won't heal, that are always itching, dry, and cracking. I have used many, many different brands of lotions and several of them have the word healing in the label -- Vaseline included -- that just didn't ever change a thing. I am thankful that I decided I had nothing to lose when I bought Healing Serum. In a weeks time my skin condition is greatly improved. I have stocked up on this product because as far as I can tell this is the only lotion that will ever work on my skin.
