Rated 1 out of 5 by from why change? I have been buying your lotion for a very long time, white bottle with blue writing. I ran out and bought a new bottle, freaked out when I put it on. I had to use dish soap to get the slime off. Why???? Why did you change an already top notch lotion to a bottle of water down grease and slime. I am diagnosed with OCD and I am a handwasher. This lotion was the ONLY lotion that I was able to use and tolerate. My poor hands are now a dry, cracked mess. I have to find a new brand of lotion now. Please change it back, its so nasty feeling. Now I am stuck with an $8.99 cent bottle of slime that will never be used, very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formula is greasy and doesn't moisturize! Please bring back the old formula!!! This new formula is terrible! I bought some recently, and didn't notice it was changed until I tried it. It not only made my skin greasy but it didn't moisturize or heal my dry skin. The old formula was the best hand cream I have ever found and I had used it almost exclusively for several years. But this new formula is probably the worst, and I will never buy it again. For now, I can still find the Target version of the old formula, which though not as good as the original Vaseline, is by far better than the new Vaseline. I really hope Target doesn't try to copy this new formula, because then I don't know what I'll do.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So Disappointed Before I give my review I have to ask: Why did you change a perfectly good product?I have never before been compelled to write a review on a product and unfortunately my first will not be positive. I have been a very loyal customer to Vaseline Intensive Care for many years, even recommending it to family members. It worked great and was priced well below other brands of comparable quality. Unfortunately your “New” version is very disappointing. It looks and feels oily, leaves oily stains on my garments and the price has increased drastically. Please consider going back to the previous version and the next time you are considering raising the price please think of your customers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Whyyyy?! Please explain why you'd change the best lotion out there? This current formula with 'drops of vaseline' is say the least. You guys don't need to compete with fancy brands. Your previous formula was thick and extremely moisturizing. It was the only lotion I could use to help my skin and hands. This new formula is watered down, it definitely isn't moisturizing and even if using twice as much it doesn't work. It just sits on top of the skin. I'm still shaking drops out of my last bottle of the old formula and am going to have to find a new brand if you don't switch it back. PLEASE SWITCH BACK TO THE OLD FORMULA!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't like new formula The old formula was the best on the market. I used to be able to use it in my face as my daily moisturizer.  I wasn't aware of the change at first until I noticed my makeup was starting to look funny and broken down by the end of the day. I couldn't figure out why it was starting to look bad because I use top knotch foundation and primer. Then I realized the Vaseline Intensive Care bottle was different and sure enough that is why my makeup was different. I used to be impressed that I was able to use the old formula on my face. I was used to buying very expensive face moisturizer and still would look oily by the end of the day. The new formula is no good!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from "New" Doesn't Mean Better I have used the Vaseline Intensive Rescue Repairing Moisture - fragrance free for years. It truly was the best thing I have found for all over use. Now they have a "new" formula and it is completely useless. It seems more like another name brand that I tried once that left your skin oily looking and feeling but your skin felt dry and sore even after the lotion was applied. I would hope you'll bring the old formula back because I have searched the stores and cannot find the old bottle. I did find the Walmart store brand that still had the old formulation so I picked up some of those.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Formula = VERY GREASY & NON-ABSORBENT The new formula with "micro droplets of Vaseline" is so horrible I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Very greasy and non-absorbent now. I used to be able to use this lotion on my face and hands but now it is like putting Sheila shine on lol; no thanks! The former product labeled "Intensive Rescue - repairing" that had "stratys 3" worked wonders and I am quite puzzled as to why the formula was changed. Please bring back the old formula as this new formula has left me in search of a new brand as this last bottle hit the trash can.-Kris

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate the new product! Dear Vaseline:Why did you change this formula?!? I have been using the fragrance-free Vaseline Intensive Care from head to toe for as long as I can remember. It used to be the best! I have issues with acne and the old formula was literally the only lotion I could use on my face. This new formula is absolutely awful! It's difficulty to describe how terrible it is. It is almost watery! And weirdly greasy, nonabsorbent, etc. It doesn't keep my hands soft/moist like the old product. It makes my face dry and, yet, oily? Please, please, please bring back the old stuff...ASAP.
